A family in Kinangop, Nyandarua county is mourning a mother of three who went missing on Monday, January 7.
Neigbours said 47-year-old Jane Waithera left her mother's house to collect a basin given to one of the neighbours for repair never to be seen again.

It was after she failed to show up in two hours that her mother Grace Njambi alerted her brothers who visited the neighbour's house but told the deceased had collected the container.
A search was therefore mounted leading to discovery of Waithera's body near the neighbour's house.
She left the house a few minutes past 7 pm to collect the basin but she never came back. It was the last time we saw her alive,said her mother, Grace Njambi.
