This suite of programs is geared towards enabling a sense of personal agency and a positive impact on the self and others. Through experience-based learning that includes virtual courses and a coaching certification, participants will gain a deeper understanding in not only what Emotional Intelligence (EI) consists of, but also how it applies to our daily lives in real time. Currently, 2 programs available, with more in the works in the months to come.
This is a facilitated, online learning experience for personal development of EI.
During twelve, two-week (24 weeks total) online experiences, participants explore the Foundational Skills of Emotional Intelligence with a virtual group of fellow professionals. You will discover the science behind each competency, why they matter, and how to apply them to positively differentiate yourself. Participants receive a certificate upon completion.
Our two-week Emotional Balance experience offers a taste of the Foundational Skills. In this portion of the Foundational Skills of EI, participants build their resilience, self-awareness, and focus.
The courses fit easily into a range of schedules, requiring only 20 minutes per day. Both online experiences also include a year-long license for the Everwise learning platform.
This is an in-depth program, akin to a professional degree, designed for those who are interested in coaching others in Emotional Intelligence.
Students will attend two in-person residences and will have access to a practice-based, online learning journey for developing your own EI, you will gain meaningful new insights through one-on-one guidance from a Meta-Coach, peer-to-peer coaching, and a coaching practicum.
Graduates of the Coaching Certification will have the option to become part of a network of Emotional Intelligence coaching professionals to which clients may be referred. As a graduate, you will also benefit from clients having access to an in-depth online program in Emotional Intelligence, with which your coaching will be perfectly aligned, giving you a clear and structured framework for guiding clients through their learning experience.
Graduates will also receive the credentials of Emotional Intelligence Certified Practitioner (EICP) or Emotional Intelligence Certified Coach (EICC), depending on how you decide to apply what you’ve learned to your coaching practice.
Forthcoming programs include Relationship Skills in Emotional Intelligence, designed for those who have completed the Foundational Skills, and one-on-one coaching, in which participants can receive personalized EI coaching in the Daniel Goleman Emotional Intelligence method as they go through the online learning experiences.
